Kashi Go Lean and Vanilla Almond Milk / Cauliflower with Sriracha and Garlic Hummus

Well, apparently I actually like Kashi Go Lean with Vanilla Almond Milk… I figured I’d hate it, but apparently, it’s not a bad thing…

I still miss being totally decadent with my food… Giant portions, specifically in terms of something like a ┬ádouble bacon cheeseburger… But seeing as I’m not going to eat that any time soon, I’ve got to find things that I can indulge on, that are not actually horrible things…

I’ve been eating a lot of cauliflower lately… Specifically steamed, and then I make a sauce to toss it in that’s comprised of Sriracha and Garlic Hummus (equal parts), and make sure that it’s just glazing the cauliflower… It has just enough calories to have taste, but not so much that it blows my caloric budget in one snack…

I love getting fit, but I fucking HATE what it takes to get there… It’s not that I don’t appreciate the little “wins” that happen along the journey, but I just really miss the pleasure of eating whatever the fuck I want… Then again, I don’t want to keep being fat, and pigging out isn’t the way to get there, so I’m just going to suck it up and get where I need to be…

Fuck being a fatass.
