40 lbs. down… 50 to go…

So, I weighed myself at the doctor’s office yesterday during my monthly weigh-in…

I’m down 40, putting me at almost my halfway point…

i started at 343 and I’m down to 303…

i want to get to 250 (I’m a pretty big guy with a fair amount of muscle mass, and I haven’t lost all that muscle from when I used to be in shape, so once I get around 250, I’ll be in more of a body-sculpting weight range)…
